What do I need to get a quote?


A diagram, plan or dimensions of your kitchen will allow us to quote your new benchtops.


Can I afford a solid surface benchtop?


There are many different price points in solid surfaces and we encourage you to get a free quote so that you can find a solid surface in your budget.


There are so many options, how do I decide, where do I start?


Our experienced and friendly staff in our showrooms are there to help you get started and can assist you with your queries and provide general product knowledge and design concepts.


Natural stone, Engineered stone, Acrylic, Porcelain- How do I pick which is best?


Each product has its own benefits; please speak to the experienced staff that can provide you with the right information to select a product that is best for you and your project.


Do I need a new kitchen to get a new benchtop?


No, you can change your benchtops without changing anything else in your kitchen.


Do I need to change my splash backs if I am only updating my benchtop?


No, but we find that once you change your benchtop, a new splash back is the finishing touch- and changing the splash back and kitchen top at the same time is easier!


I have a quote, what do I do now?


After the quote, you place an order with our showroom staff; a 20% deposit secures the order.


How do I know what to do after I order the benchtops?


When you are placing an order, we provide you with a checklist that outlines the process, making it easy for you!


I have placed an order, when do I book in the template date?


Please book in a template date with the Project Coordinator as soon as you have your cabinet installation date/renovation dates set.


What products do you supply?


We supply tiles, benchtops, pavers, wall features in natural and engineered materials-we can assist you with your renovation or build requirements. We manufacture and install all benchtops.


I have an interior designer; can they come with me to your showroom?


Absolutely! The showroom is designed to assist you with your selections; our specialized staff can assist you as well.


How do I care for my product?


Every product has its own cleaning and care requirements, please see the care and maintenance page or speak to our staff about your care requirements. For engineered stone, please visit the individual brand pages for care and maintenance instructions.


I ordered tiles, when can I have them delivered?


Please contact our tile coordinator on 8345 1842 to organize your delivery. Please allow a minimum of two days’ notice for packing. The tile delivery will be arranged on your specified date and you will receive half hours’ notice prior to delivery arrival.


Do you lay the flooring I purchase?


We provide the products; we can recommend trades people to assist you.


Do you install porcelain sheets?


Yes, we can provide installation for porcelain sheet splash backs. For all other applications we recommend a tiler to install the porcelain sheets.
